You may encounter the websites of the photographers that are being considered for the job. It is much better if the photographer has a website because then it will be easy to know some information about the photographer and his works. This helps you maximize your time with the photographer.

The photographer must have enough equipment for photography. This equipment must be in good condition. Otherwise, they will be useless because they will not work. The equipment and tools do not have to be state of the art or the most expensive in the market although that would have been nice.

One of the things that you can ask from the photographer is his professional fee. He might have a standard price for his works but you can always try to negotiate your way with him. Do not be shy to tell him that you have a budget and that he might consider given your situation.

He needs to have assistances to bring some of the equipment. Also when operating them, he needs assistants. Some of whom will be holding the light for him. Some will be holding other equipment that would enhance the main camera. These are just some of the things that you will check with the photographer.
